Launched in Norway in October 1997 with the concept of targeting small to medium sized businesses selling over the telephone and delivering information over the internet the brands have evolved swiftly.

Creditsafe Sweden was set up in 1998, and now has over 8,000 customers with offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm employing over 50 staff.

Originally set up in London in 1999 Creditsafe UK relocated to Wales in 2002 and currently has over 180 staff based at its offices in Caerphilly. A customer service team of over 40 specialists support customers daily. Creditsafe UK is the most chosen by UK companies with over 25,000 customers using their online credit information.

Creditsafe France was launched in December 2006 with offices in Roubaix near Lille. It is proving popular with customers across France and has over 2,000 customers and 50 staff already. Creditsafe Ireland was established with offices in Dublin in October 2007 and has already had an impact in the market.

Creditsafe Nederland is the latest addition to the Creditsafe family with a staff of 50 working out of offices in The Hague starting to sell to Dutch customers from the beginning of April 2008.
